De Middelste Molen, 6 km from the campsite
De Middelste Molen on the Loenense Molenbeek has been making paper since 1622. It is the only paper mill in the Netherlands that still produces paper using hydropower and steam and has been preserved in its original state.

Come by and follow the production process of ancient Dutch paper. Between the rattling and thumping machines you imagine yourself in the 19th century.
